I have not forgotten about you!
It has taken me a little bit longer to get back on track then I thought! so today is day one! (01.15.2013)
This morning I had what I call is the best breakfast ever! Waffles!
The waffles contained
1 pkg of Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 egg whites
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of water
toped with Walden Farms Maple Syrup
I also added some cinnamon for a little somethin somethin :)

Also this morning, Preston and I started Bouncing Babies class at the Health and Wellness Centre in Peterborough ON!
** because I am doing some exercise I will be having an extra protein on the days I am working out
In this class we did Steps! Let me just tell you, doing nothing for a year really made me lazy and out of shape! I can hardly walk through the door coming home! oh well at least Preston had a good time!
For Lunch I had a soy patty with mustard nothing fancy. I didn't take a photo of it because well.. it looked like my cats dried up cat food lol but it was very very good!
for snack I had my 2 cups of veggies just to hold me off for dinner, for dinner we went to Montana's they have really good quarter chicken meals but I decided to go with a cob salad
in a cob salad it contains egg, turkey, tomatos, beacon, mushroom, cheese, and green onion for the dressing it is usually ranch and they have to add the corn bread just to tease you right?
this is an image I pulled off the internet because I was so hungry I ate all of mine before I remembered I needed a Photo, so mine had no cheese, and no ranch dressing and my Dad ate my corn bread lol for dressing I used White Vinegar and Olive Oil :)
for snack I had my favourite pre-made mango drink!
