Meatloaf Using Ideal Protein

Step-by-Step
• • •

Mix Ground Pork and Ground Beef Together in a Large Bowl

Add 2 Eggs

Now Add Knorr Lipton Onion Soup


Add 1/2 a Cup of Ketchup (We used Walden Farms Ketchup to Make it Diet Friendly!)



Now, For the Bread Crumbs We used 1 Package of Ideal Protein Salt and Vinegar Chips and Put them Through the Food Processor
(To Make it Diet Friendly)



After you Mixed All your Ingredients Together, Place it in a Loaf Pan

Preheat your oven to 350º and Bake for 70 min

Cauliflower Breaded Chicken

Step by Step

Cut and Clean a Head of Cauliflower

Place Florets in a Food Processor so they go into small "bread crumbs" size


Next, Crack some eggs and scramble!

Now Prepare your Chicken

Dip your Chicken Breasts into the egg, then into your Cauliflower make sure it is fully coated

Put Olive Oil or Cocanut Oil into a Skillet on Medium-High Heat


Fry Chicken in the Skillet Until Brown and Cooked Threw

Like a Little Flavour? Add Some Spices! I added Seasoned Salt

Do You Have Extra Cauliflower and Egg??
Why not Fry it Up!

I Also added some Broccoli Slaw (Coleslaw but Broccoli) for Something Different!
Don't Forget to Add Some Seasoned Salt to this Mix too!
