Yummy Salad Dressings


A Little Sweet & Sour
o   Equal parts of
o   Olive oil
o   Apple sider vinegar
o   And Walden Farms Ketchup

Mix together. Add Stevia to taste


Amazing Oil & Vinegar
o   ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
o   1 head of Garlic
o   1/3 cup of White Vinegar
o   2 tsp chopped Basil, Oregano & Parsley (fresh or dried)
o   1/8 tsp Pepper

Take whole head of chopped Garlic with head chopped off and sprinkle with Olive Oil. Place in foil and bake @ 400 for 30 minutes. Take 3-5 cloves of roasted Garlic and mash into remaining ingredients. Shake very well and chill. Must be Refrigerated. (save extra Garlic to spread on steaks, chicken or steam with vegetables etc.)


Vinegar Dijon Dressing
o   4 cloves of Minced Garlic
o   3 tbs Cider of White Vinegar
o   1-2 tbs of (French’s) Dijon Mustard
o   1 tsp of Salt
o   ½ tsp Pepper

Mix or Shake Together


Super Tomato Dressing
o   ½ cup Chopped, Peeled Tomatoes
o   1 tbs White Vinegar
o   ½ tsp Dried Thyme or 1½ tsp Fresh
Mix ingredients together


Rockin’ Red Pepper Vinegarette
o   ¼ cup Olive Oil
o   ¼ cup Cider Vinegar
o   1 tbs White Onion
o   1-2 Cloves Pressed Garlic
o   Pinch of Rosemary and Thyme
o   ½ tsp Dried Whole Oregano
o   ½ tsp Dry Mustard
o   ½ tsp Paprika
o   ½ of Roasted Red Pepper

Blend thoroughly in a blender, salt to taste and chill overnight.


Bloody Mary Tomato Dressing
Dressing:   
o   2 tbs Prepared Horseradish
o   2 tbs Olive Oil
o   1 tbs Lemon Juice
o   1½ tsp Hot Pepper Sauce (or Tabasco)
o   1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
o   Salt & Pepper
Salad:
o   2 Hand-Fulls of Grape or Cherry Tomatoes – Cut in Halves
o   4 Stalks of Celery

In a small bowl whisk dressing until well blended. In a large bowl combine tomatoes and celery. Mix dressing and tomato/celery together. Chill 2 hours. Toss before serving.
