Shared From Yoga 101 Degrees: You have probably heard me talking about these wicked cooking classes I have been doing lately. I show up, cook up a storm with my teacher, eat what I cooked and leave with recipe in hand for 45 bucks. I'm not vegetarian but wanted to learn more and develop my skills. These classes are vegetarian, sugar free, wheat and dairy free....and seriously....unbelievably delicious...who knew? She is opening her home to a 6 man class on November 4th (Sunday) at 2:30pm -5:30ish. If you wanna check it out lemme know asap. Class is in Bowmanville.
